A spheroid of breast cancer cells imaged by Soroush Nasseri (PhD student) in Dr. Karen Cheung lab (Dept of Electrical and Computer Engineering) using multi-photon confocal microscopy (Olympus FV1000 with Maitai laser). He used cell tracker blue for visualizing all cells and FUCCHI marker proteins for examining cell growth phase.
