A hemp stem cross section imaged with the Olympus BX53 microscope by Vincent Fetterley, a PhD student in Todesco lab (Dept of Botany, Michael Smith Laboratories). The Crosse section was prepared on the Leica VT1000 vibratome at a 100 um thickness and stained with 0.1% Toluidine blue.
